Individuals can help our community by donating and serving. You can help at one of our donation sites where
items will be organized and packaged. You can also help by delivering groceries and necessities to those most in need.
Please complete the registration form and one of our team leaders will be in contact with you soon with specific opportunities to serve.
Each distribution site is required to follow all CDC, state and local recommendation for maintaining clean and safe space for food and
package handling. We are only spreading HOPE. If you are concerned, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss those safety precautions.

VOLUNTEER AT HOME OPPORTUNITIES

PEN PALS FOR SENIORS
Organization: United Way of Franklin County and Franklin County Area Agency on Aging
Project Details: Community members are invited to send encouraging and friendly notes, poems, drawings, and stories to people in our community who might be happy to read something from a friendly pen. If you write a note or send something uplifting the Agency on Aging will deliver it to places in the community where your letters will be received and appreciated.
To Participate: Address your letters to "Dear Friend" and mail to:

CARDS OF CHEER
Organization: Grand Point Church
Project Details: Show gratitude to our local health care workers. Write notes expressing thanks and encouragement. These cards will be placed on the windshields of health care workers to find after their shift.
